Acceptance of Bets
All bets are accepted according to the bulletin previously determined by Milliora.
Odds are determined according to the strength of the teams that will face each other and are priced accordingly.
Milliora may change the odds on any match without prior notice, but this does not affect players who have already placed the bet.
Milliora reserves the right to remove or cancel any bet on the list from the bulletin.
Players must specify a separate amount for each bet they place and give confirmation. After a bet is accepted, requests for cancellation or changes to the coupon created will absolutely not be accepted.
However, it is the players' responsibility to follow this. In cases such as staff error or system error, the Home team being shown in the wrong field does not lead to the cancellation or refund of the bet.

Price (Odds) Change
All odds may be subject to fluctuation without prior notice.
Settlement
All winning bets will be settled based on the odds shown at the time the bet was taken. This does not cover post-event disputes that may affect the final result of the match at a later point. All bets are settled according to the official result at the end of regulation time and extra time, and are subject to any postponement, rescheduling, and cancellation rules, unless otherwise stated in any specific betting rule and if the bet has not already been settled. Winning bets must correctly predict the results at the end of the first half and at the end of regulation time. This includes stoppage and injury time added to the match, but extra time periods, penalties, or golden goal application are excluded.
Correct Score
Winning bets must predict the match score exactly correctly. If the exact score prediction is not offered, all bets are considered lost. For example, let's say the closing score of the match is 6-1 and such a bet was not opened; in such a case, all other score predictions made will be considered lost. This includes stoppage and injury time added to the match, but extra time periods, penalties, or golden goal application are excluded.
Draw No Bet

Team to Score First Goal
Winning bets must correctly predict the team to score the first goal. Own goals are considered within the scope of the First Goal and the side assumed to have scored the goal is not counted as having scored the first goal. This includes stoppage and injury time added to the match, but extra time periods, penalties, or golden goal application are excluded.
Team to Score Last Goal
Winning bets must correctly predict the team to score the last goal. Own goals are considered within the scope of the Last Goal and the side assumed to have scored the goal is not counted as having scored the last goal. This includes stoppage and injury time added to the match, but extra time periods, penalties, or golden goal application are excluded.
First Goal Scorer
Winning bets must correctly predict the first player to score. Bets placed on any player who will not take part in the match will be voided and refunded. Own goals will not be considered valid for this type of bet. If a goal is scored before a substitute player enters the game (own goals will not count), the first goal scorer bet placed on this player will be voided and refunded. If there is an own goal, all first goal scorer bets will continue as if nothing happened. This includes stoppage and injury time added to the match, but extra time periods, penalties, or golden goal application are excluded.
Total Corners / First Half Corners / Second Half Corners
Winning bets must correctly predict the exact number of corners in a certain time interval, either as an exact number (for example 7 corners), or as a correct range prediction (for example 10-12 corners). Only the corners taken are counted. This includes stoppage and injury time added to the match, but extra time periods, penalties, or golden goal application are excluded.
Yellow Card Bets
In yellow card bets, only yellow card bets are valid. A player can only see one card; the second yellow card the player receives is not included in the bet.
First / Next Yellow Card / Red Card
Winning bets must correctly predict which player will see the first or next yellow or red card. Players can only see two cards per game, and the last cards seen by players who receive a second yellow card and then a red card will be counted as only one card instead. If two or more players see consecutive cards, the player from the same team who sees the card first will be considered the 'player who sees the next card'. This includes stoppage and injury time added to the match, but extra time periods, penalties, or golden goal application are excluded.
Cards (Live Betting Only)
A yellow card is counted as 1 card, and a red card as 2 cards. If a red card is shown following the second yellow card, the second yellow card is excluded from the bet and not counted. As a result, a player cannot see more than 3 cards for betting purposes. Settlements are made within the normal 90-minute period, based on all available evidence. Cards shown after the match are not counted. Cards shown to non-players (players who have left the game, managers, players who have not yet entered the game) are not counted.
1: Cards: Total Points
Cards shown to the players of the specified team are calculated as follows: A yellow card is 1 point, a red card is 2 points; the second Yellow card shown to the same player that leads to their dismissal is not counted, and therefore the maximum number of points per player is 3 points. Only yellow and red cards shown to players currently on the field are taken into account. Yellow and red cards shown to substitute players, coaches, and support staff of the teams are not taken into account. In the calculation of odds, cards shown after the referee's final whistle are not taken into account. All cards shown during the break between the first and second half are taken into account in the overall result of the match, but are not taken into account when calculating bets placed on the first or second half.
Which team will be shown the first card in the match?
Here you predict which team a player will be shown the first card. If the first cards are shown to two or more players from different teams within one minute according to the match report, the odds in this position may be refunded with a factor of 1. Only bets on the "Both teams at the same time" position win. If such an option is not specified, all bets in this position may be refunded at odds of 1. If no card is shown in the match, only bets on "No caution" win. If such an option is not specified, all bets in this position may be refunded at odds of 1.
Which team will be shown more cards in the match?
The second yellow card shown to the same player that causes their dismissal is not taken into account.
Will the "specified team" receive more/fewer cards?
Here you predict whether more or fewer cards will be shown to the players of a specific team. Cards shown to the players of a specific team are calculated as follows: A yellow card is 1 point, a red card is 2 points; the second Yellow card shown to the same player that leads to their dismissal is not counted, and therefore the maximum number of points per player is 3 points.
First card of the match
If no card is shown during the match, these bets are refunded at odds of 1. When calculating odds, the actual time the card was shown to the player is taken into account.
Total Card Points: Odd / Even
If no card is shown during the match, the bet is calculated as "Even". In the calculation of odds, cards shown after the referee's final whistle are not taken into account. All cards shown during the break between the first and second half are taken into account in the overall result of the match, but are not taken into account when calculating bets placed on the first or second half.
Scoring from Penalty
Winning bets must correctly predict a player's situation of scoring from a penalty. If the goalkeeper saves a penalty or the ball returns from the crossbar or side posts and enters play (even if the penalty taker converts the following ball into a goal) and a player converts it into a goal, this will not be counted as the penalty having been converted into a goal. If a penalty is to be retaken, all bets placed on the original penalty will be voided and carried over to the next penalty.
Player to Score at Any Time
Winning bets must correctly predict a player who will score at any time in the game. Own goals will not be considered valid for this type of bet. First Half Correct Score
Winning bets must correctly predict the exact score achieved in the 45-minute first half (including the extra time determined by the referee).
Handicap (Asian)
Asian Handicap bets are usually made either on the favorite team overcoming the specified handicap (-goals, the specified handicap is subtracted from the actual score) or on the weaker team taking the handicap (+goals, the specified handicap is added to the weaker team's actual goal tally). This type of bet consists of a Handicap Value and Number Sequence.
Handicap Value
The handicap value is based on the relative strengths of the two teams that will compete and is determined according to goal superiority. For two equally strong teams, the line is defined as 'level'. To win this handicap bet, the team that scores the most goals must be selected. If the match ends in a draw, bet amounts will be refunded. In a match of unequal teams, the superior/stronger team will give a handicap (goals) to the opposing team. In Asian bets, goal handicaps are known as 'balls'.
First Half Asian Handicap
All First Half Asian Handicap betting rules apply, but bets are settled according to the first half result played until the end of the first half (45 minutes of play plus additional extra time added by the referee).

European Handicap
In European handicap, the bet is placed by giving a (+) goal advantage to the non-favorite side. It is a three-outcome bet. In this type of bet, extra time is not included unless otherwise stated. Below, with B.München as the home team and B.Dortmund as the away team, it is exemplified with explanations and scores how bets can win.
When 1 Goal advantage is given:
B.München(-1): The bet is won at scores where the B.München team is superior by 2 or more goals difference in any way (2-0, 3-1, 4-2, 3-0, 4-0, etc.). Draw/B.Dortmund (+1): Thanks to the 1 goal advantage given to B.Dortmund, a draw occurs in any 1-goal difference victory of the B.München team, and only 1-goal difference victories win (1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 4-3, etc.). B.Dortmund (+1): The bet wins in case of any draw and victory of the B.Dortmund team (0-0, 1-1, 2-2 and 0-1, 1-2, etc.).
When 2 Goal advantage is given:
B.München(-2): The bet is won at scores where the B.München team is superior by 3 or more goals difference in any way (3-0, 4-1, 5-2, 4-0, 5-0, etc.). Draw/B.Dortmund (+2): Thanks to the 2 goal advantage given to B.Dortmund, a draw occurs in any 2-goal difference victory of the B.München team, and only 2-goal difference victories win (2-0, 3-1, 4-2, 5-3, etc.). B.Dortmund (+2): The bet wins in case the B.Dortmund team is defeated by 1 goal difference, draws, and wins (1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 0-0, 1-1, 2-2 and 0-1, 1-2, etc.).
When 3 Goal advantage is given:
B.München(-3): The bet is won at scores where the B.München team is superior by 4 or more goals difference in any way (4-0, 5-1, 6-2, 5-0, 6-0, etc.). Draw/B.Dortmund (+3): Thanks to the 3 goal advantage given to B.Dortmund, a draw occurs in any 3-goal difference victory of the B.München team, and only 3-goal difference victories win (3-0, 4-1, 5-2, 6-3, etc.). B.Dortmund (+3): The bet wins in case the B.Dortmund team is defeated by 2 goals or less difference, draws, and wins (2-0, 3-1, 4-2, 1-0, 2-1, 3-2, 0-0, 1-1, 2-2 and 0-1, 1-2, etc.).
Asian Handicap
Asian Handicap is a type of bet that, alongside other betting types, has options for refund, half-win odds, and saving half your money. A minus (-) value is given to the favorite side, and a plus (+) value to the other. In 0.5 Handicap bets, the favorite side is considered to have started the game behind by the value given, and must at least achieve a difference above the given number. For example, if Liverpool is given a -2.5 value, the Liverpool team must win by 3 or more. If +2.5 is played on the opposing team, they win in every result except losing by a score of more than a 3-goal difference, including a draw or a win. In Asian handicap total goal bets, as in other types of bets, your bet wins or loses when a 0.5 value is given. As in 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 total goal over/under bets. In 0 Handicap bets, if the value is given as zero (0), the bets are refunded as in the refund-on-draw option in case of a draw. However, when the favorite side is given, for example, a -1 value, if the favorite team wins by a 1-goal difference, the bets are refunded. For the bet to win, the favorite team must win by at least a 2-goal difference. If this value is given as -2, they must win by at least a 3-goal difference; if they win by a 2-goal difference, the bets are refunded, and even if they win by a 1-goal difference, the bets lose. In Asian handicap total goal bets, unlike other types of bets, you can play bets under or over 1, 2, 3 goals. In this type of bet, you are offered a refund option. For example, in a bet type where you play under 2 goals, for you to win, you win if there are no goals or 1 goal; if there are 2 goals, your bets are refunded, and if there are 3 or more goals, your bets lose. If you play over 2 goals, for your bet to win, there must be 3 or more goals; if there are 2 goals, your bet is refunded. The 0.25 and 0.75 Asian Handicap bet types provide the betting member with the opportunity to choose between all of the above values. In this type of option, you can also consider dividing your money in two and depositing it into 2 separate close betting types. For example,
If you play 100 TL at odds of 2.00 on the favorite team as -0.25, 50 TL of your money is considered 0 handicap (i.e. refund on draw) and 50 TL as -0.5 handicap. Here, even if the match ends in a draw, you get 50 TL of your money back. If the favorite team wins by at least a 1-goal difference, 100 TL is multiplied by odds of 2.00 and paid back to your account as 200 TL. If you play 100 TL at odds of 2.00 on the favorite team as -1.25, 50 TL of your money is considered -1 handicap and 50 TL as -1.5 handicap. Here, even if the favorite team wins by a 1-goal difference, you get 50 TL of your money back. If the favorite team wins by at least a 2-goal difference, 100 TL is multiplied by odds of 2.00 and paid back to your account as 200 TL. If you play 100 TL at odds of 2.00 on the favorite team as -0.75, 50 TL of your money is considered -0.5 handicap and 50 TL as -1 handicap. Here, if the favorite team wins by at least a 1-goal difference, the bet you placed as -0.5 handicap wins, and you win as much as the 50 TL bet odds, here 100 TL; the other -1 handicap 50 TL you placed is refunded to you. You win a total of 150 TL for 100 TL. Practically, the odds appear as 1.50 in your accounts. That is, because you did not win the bet fully, the odds value is shown divided by 2. If the favorite team wins by at least a 2-goal difference, 100 TL is multiplied by odds of 2.00 and paid back to your account as 200 TL. If you play 100 TL at odds of 2.00 on the favorite team as -1.75, 50 TL of your money is considered -1.5 handicap and 50 TL as -2 handicap. Here, if the favorite team wins by at least a 2-goal difference, the bet you placed as -1.5 handicap wins, and you win as much as the 50 TL bet odds, here 100 TL; the other -2 handicap 50 TL you placed is refunded to you. You win a total of 150 TL for 100 TL. Practically, the odds appear as 1.50 in your accounts. That is, because you did not win the bet fully, the odds value is shown divided by 2. If the favorite team wins by at least a 3-goal difference, 100 TL is multiplied by odds of 2.00 and paid back to your account as 200 TL. The same situation applies to 0.25 and 0.75 Asian Handicap total goal bets. Your money is divided into the 2 nearest bet values. Win and refund options are arranged accordingly. If you play 100 TL at odds of 1.90 on the Under 2.25 value, 50 TL of your money is placed on under 2 goals and 50 TL on under 2.5 goals.
